Local Legislative Leaders Join Oakland Community Organizations to protest the

The Ascension Senior Program which meets
every Thursday at the Greek Orthodox
Church celebrated its 24th Anniversary in
March with a Mardi Gras celebration.  Many
thanks to Julie Jones (right) and Father
Thomas Paris for making this one of the most successful Senior Programs run by the Adult Education
Program of the Oakland Unified Schools.
